About M.P.B Fitness Group

My Story

I’m a dedicated personal trainer and boxing coach with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals has made me a respected figure in the community. With a strong background in boxing,  I not only focus on physical training but also emphasise the importance of mental resilience and discipline that the sport instills.

In addition to my extensive training experience, I  hold a Level 7 diploma qualification in life coaching and mentoring. This advanced certification allows me to provide holistic support to my clients, addressing not just physical fitness but also their emotional and mental well-being.  I believe that true transformation comes from a balanced approach, combining physical training with personal development.

I have a special affinity for working with children and adults with additional needs. His empathetic nature and tailored training methods create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. I understand that each individual has unique challenges and strengths, and I  devise personalised programs that cater to their specific requirements. Through patience and encouragement, I  help my clients build confidence, improve their physical abilities, and foster a sense of belonging.

My commitment to my clients extends beyond the gym.I often engages with families and caregivers, offering guidance and support to help them understand the importance of physical activity and mental health for individuals with additional needs. My holistic approach has not only transformed lives but has also built a strong community around fitness, resilience, and personal growth. 

As a coach and mentor, individuals are not just training their bodies; they are developing skills that will serve them well beyond the ring or gym, instilling a sense of purpose and achievement that lasts a lifetime.
